NEW PATIENTS

Your first visit to Downtown Dentistry involves a few special steps so that we can get to know you. To understand what to expect, please read through this page. You'll find all the practical information you need, such as a map and directions to our office, practice hours, payment policies and more. There's also background information about our committed staff and our first visit procedures. You can also save some time by printing out and completing the patient forms in advance of your appointment.

Directions and Parking

While our office is in suite 410, we are located on the 4th Avenue Lobby level of the building; the lobby is considered the 4th floor.

From the South (headed Northbound on I-5): Take the Madison St exit, turn Left onto Madison going downhill. The 4th & Madison building will be on the left between 4th & 3rd Avenues.
From the North (headed Southbound on I-5): Take the James St Exit, turn Right onto James, then turn Right onto 4th Avenue. The building is on the left next to the YMCA between Marion and Madison Streets.
Downtown: Our building is on the block between 3rd & 4th Avenues and Madison & Marion Streets.
Entering from 3rd Avenue: Take the escalators up to the 4th Avenue lobby & turn to your right. Cross the walkway over the escalators.
Entering from 4th Avenue: Walk through the lobby heading towards the water. We are the last business on the right; cross the walkway over the escalators.

Parking: Street parking is available on Madison, Marion and part of 4th. There are several parking garages in the area, including one in our building. It is valet only however, so you may prefer to park in the library garage. The entrance is on Spring St between 4th and 5th.

Being well-prepared for your appointment will ensure that the doctor has all of the needed information to provide the best possible care for you. It also will help relieve any unnecessary anxiety you may be feeling. Educate yourself on your symptoms by reviewing the content on this Web site.
